- Child Exploitation: zero tolerance for CSAM and any content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Content Resembling Minors: flagged, reviewed, and removed per moderation controls.
- Privacy & Copyright Infringement: sharing personal information without consent, pirated content, or unauthorized use of protected material.
- Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery & Deepfakes: zero tolerance; content will be removed and enforcement action taken.
2. Content responsibility
Creators and Users are responsible for content they upload. CharacterMarket.AI does not assume responsibility for user-generated content.
You must not engage in illegal, unethical, or harmful activities while using the Services.
3. Content Moderation
If moderators or automated controls detect potential violations, we manually review flagged content and associated accounts and take appropriate action—including making content private, removing content, terminating accounts, or reporting to authorities.
4. Prohibited Content Reporting
We have a zero-tolerance policy for CSAM. Known CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or other national and local authorities as appropriate.
